The council approved the South Avenue Parking Ordinance on Tuesday, March 28, 2023. Starting on Monday, April 10th, No Parking signs will be posted on the southside of South Avenue from Allegheny River Blvd. to Brunot Street and Two Hour Parking signs will be posted on the northside from Allegheny River Blvd to Brunot Street.
